Get active for a good cause at the Twyford Together Charity Family Fun Run. Year group races, family relay, stalls, refreshments and activities. We have a new 3K race for anyone aged 11 and over this year as well as the usual year group races and sprint challenge around Twyford Parish Council’s Coronation Grass Labyrinth. The Twyford Together Charity Family Fun Run is organised with the help of the team at The Shredquarters and sponsored by Grapevine Estate Agents . All profits pass to Twyford Charities Together.
When and where is it?
The Twyford Together Charity Family Fun Run is taking place on Sunday 4 October at King George V Recreation Ground in Twyford.
What’s the schedule?
- 9:00am: Registration and number pick-up
- 9:30am: Pre-school toddle (100m)
TODDLER PRIZE GIVING
- 9:50am: Reception and years 1 & 2 (1km)
INFANT SCHOOL PRIZE GIVING
- 10:20am: Years 3 & 4 (1km)
- 10:40am: Years 5 & 6 (2km)
- 11:10am: 3 x 250 metre primary school relay (2 under 11 and 1 adult)
JUNIOR SCHOOL AND RELAY PRIZE GIVING
- 11:50am NEW 3K (age 11 and over)

Plus, there’ll be two person sprint races around Twyford Parish Council’s Coronation Grass Labyrinth throughout the morning
How do I enter?
Online entry opens a month before the event.
How much does it cost?
- £3 per entrant for the pre-school toddle
- £6 per entrant for infant, junior and 3K race
- £6 per team for the relay race.
Parents are welcome to run alongside their children at no extra charge. On the day entry costs an additional £2 per race.
Who gets a prize?
- First, second and third male and female in the year group races and 3K
- Two ‘lucky runners’ in the year group races and 3K
- First place relay team
What stalls are there?
They’ll be a variety of sporty, eco-friendly and seasonal stalls. Refreshments from Ola Coffee Co. and Rural Pi Co.
Is there parking at the event?
There is limited parking at Loddon Hall, so please walk or cycle if you can.
Which charities do you support?
The Twyford Together Charity Family Fun Run supports Twyford Charities Together. The group was formed in 2011 to give local charities, often lacking their own fundraising team, a helping hand.
