Twyford Together is a collection of volunteers. We are residents within the community. Some of us run businesses in the village. Others volunteer their time. We share a common belief that Twyford can be even better if we work together.
There is an “Executive Committee”, who manage Twyford Together. They meet every couple of months at the Age Concern building. Their main task is simply to co-ordinate the efforts of the many volunteers. They also help manage many of the events that happen throughout the year, such as Twyford in Bloom or the Christmas Fayre.
You will likely know someone who volunteers their time for Twyford Together. All of us got involved by either contacting a working party or by meeting one of us at an event. Each year we hold an AGM, which is open to the public. Anyone can propose an idea or make a suggestion for future projects.
