Twyford Xmas Street Fayre

Twyford Together Christmas Fayre

The Twyford Together Christmas Fayre, is one of the largest events in our calendar and brings together thousands of villagers at the start of the festive season.

When is it?

The Twyford Together Christmas Fayre takes place on the first Friday of December each year.

Where is it?

The Fayre runs the course of London Road from the crossroads at Bell Corner to Jubilee Corner. The street is closed to traffic.

What stalls are there?

There are a wide variety of stalls run by local residents, crafts people and businesses. Some offer a selection of products from their shops, some give you an opportunity to buy a unique, hand-made gift and others offer a welcome mulled wine or mince pie.

Are there attractions?

Attractions are varied. They include fairground rides, a climbing wall, and the much-loved, 1st Twyford Scouts’ BBQ. In addition, there’s a full programme of entertainment which includes jugglers, choir singers, brass band and carol singers from our local schools. Plus, Father Christmas kindly takes a break from his busy schedule to pay us a visit thanks to Twyford and District Round Table.

How do I book a stall?

Please get in touch if you’d like to have a stall at our next Christmas Fayre.

How can I get involved?

The Christmas Fayre is organised entirely by Twyford Together volunteers. They’re motivated by the belief that the event is a fun and vibrant addition to community life and dedicate their time and energy to making it better each year. Please get in touch if you’d like to help out.
