Round Table is a diverse group of guys aged 18 to 45 looking to have a good time and get out of the house. We meet once or twice a month for a variety of activities such as paddleboarding, virtual reality games, poker nights and more. Come along and join us on Wednesdays from 6:30/7pm, followed by food and drinks.
Founded in 1955, the TRHA promotes gardening and allotment cultivation to all ages, holds meetings on horticultural topics for members, stages shows for members, offers gardening supplies at discounted rates and organises visits to places of interest.
Formed in 1936, we are a friendly, inclusive, family club in the centre of Twyford. Whether you are new to bowls or an experienced player, why not come along to our Friday evening open sessions any time between 5:30 and 8pm (between the end of April and September). You can choose to simply ‘roll up and play’, take part in friendly internal matches or compete against other clubs if you wish.
We are an FA Charter Standard Club since 2007. Our strong ties with the Community Team at Reading Football Club provide other opportunities for our players and coaches to develop their skills in football. Founded in 1972
We provide a safe place for young people in the district to come for recreational activities, computer access, fitness, education, counselling and advice from trained professionals. We also provide an affordable venue for local groups and residents from the district to hire for fitness and social activities.
Twyford Drama is a small village drama society, formed in 1965. Since then we have produced a wide range of plays and pantomimes at Loddon Hall.
The Council comprises elected councillors, who give their time voluntarily and whose aim is to represent the village in local issues affecting the community and to provide services and facilities for the benefit of all who live in, or pass through Twyford in Berkshire.

Twyford Singers is a community choir who sing for the joy of singing. Under their Music Director Helen Styles, they meet to rehearse on Tuesday evenings at 7.45 in St Mary’s Church. A stringent Covid19 protocol is being applied for the safety of all.
