Business Membership

Our aims

• To promote and provide links and opportunities between local businesses through regular informal meetings.
• To promote Twyford as a commercial and retail centre.
• To represent the views, concerns and needs of local businesses and retailers.
• To host business and social functions which bring the local business community together.

Why should I join Twyford Businesses Together?

• To maximise your business opportunities through networking
• Inclusion on this website in our business directory
• Links with other local organisations
• Advice, help and support from other local businesses
• Subsidised advertising and marketing
• To ensure that your views are represented when decisions about Twyford and Ruscombe are made
• To give something back to the community
• And last but not least, it's a great way to meet local business people in a social atmosphere

Do I have to attend meetings?

No! But more often or not a drink or two and some food is involved and it's a great way to keep uptodate with what's happening in the village.

Can I come to a meeting if I am not a member?

Yes! We encourage businesses to attend a few meetings to see first-hand what the benefits of membership are.  Meetings are held six times a year in Buratta's.  See our calendar for details of the next meeting.

How much does it cost to join?

Members will be charged a £100 joining fee. At the end of each year of membership, members will be contacted and reacquainted with the activities carried out by Twyford Together in support of local businesses and charities. Members will then be encouraged to contribute annually to Twyford Together by giving a voluntary donation of £100 to enable us to continue our events and activities.

How do I find out more?
